Knorr Entree Mixes-Beef Stew (Goulash) Recipe Mix comes in a 2.4 ounce pouch. It contains olive oil, boneless chuck or round steak, chopped sweet onion, Knorr Goulash (Beef Stew) recipe mix. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large saucepot and brown beef in two batches. Remove beef and set aside. Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook onion about 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and Knorr Goulash (Beef Stew) recipe mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and return beef to saucepot. Simmer covered about 50 minutes or until beef is tender. Garnish with sour cream. see details
